Grace Property Management is a licensed Colorado real estate Broker acting as an agent for property owners. We do NOT own the properties we manage. We offer residents access to our managed property portfolio and we provide a fair, transparent, and easy renting experience. In addition to rent, residents will pay a one time lease admin and technology fee of $500, plus $25 per month for this service. As part of our full service management experience our residents have access to the below benefits.
No Junk Fees

Pet Friendly
Many of our properties are pet friendly (click for our pet policy). We provide a secure online pet profile and we never charge pet deposits or pet rent.
One application fee per lifetime
Once an application fee has been paid, you may apply for any future properties for free. We also accept portable tenant screening reports.
Security Deposit Protection
Your security deposit is held by us, in an FDIC insured trust account. If your property is foreclosed for any reason we guarantee the protection of your security deposit.
