Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the person driving the renewal process and be the main point of contact for all residents’ fact-based questions. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to creating a welcoming experience for all new residents and working with them through their whole life cycle of renting their home. The ideal candidate has property management experience, is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and has a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Being one of the faces of Grace Property Management by greeting office visitors & interacting with our residents
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from current residents
- Creating a welcoming experience for all new residents
- Directly responsible for the resident renewal process
- Guiding the resident through their move-out process
- Review & approve all resident modification/accommodation requests per local and federal law
- Assisting our Executive Property Managers
- Address and resolve resident concerns with a professional attitude

Work Status / Compensation:
- Full-time
- From $21 per hour, depending on experience
- In addition to the hourly, a monthly commission bonus, with the amount varying monthly. At the end of the year, the total commission bonus will range from $7,000 to $9,000
