Grace Property Management is a licensed Colorado real estate Broker acting as an Agent / Broker for property owners and landlords. We do not own the properties we manage. We offer residents access to our managed property portfolio and we provide a fair, transparent, and easy renting experience. In addition to rent, residents will pay $25 per month to Grace Property Management as a Broker fee for this service. As part of our full service management experience our residents have access to the below benefits.
No Junk Fees
We believe in fee fairness and transparency. Our fees are limited, clearly disclosed, and fair.
Pet Friendly
Many of our properties are pet friendly (click for our pet policy). We provide a secure online pet profile and we never charge pet deposits or pet rent.
One application fee per lifetime
Not only do we accept portable tenant screening reports, but once you have paid an application fee, you can reapply for any property for free- forever.
Security Deposit Protection
Your security deposit is held by us, in an FDIC insured trust account, and if your property is foreclosed for any reason we guarantee the protection of your security deposit.
