“I would like to recognize Sheri Reynolds for her outstanding work. To start I first entered into a contract with Grace Management in 2005 when I moved from Colorado to Texas. At that time the housing market was in shambles and my only options were to sell my property at a loss or to rent the property and wait out the housing market depression. I contacted Grace Property management, and they managed my property until 2016. During that time I had only minor issues with the property, all of which were handled for me by Sheri and her associates. The partnership was a saving grace that allowed me to survive that time frame financially. The townhouse was always kept up, and tenants were screened adequately. I never went a month without a responsible tenant. In January of this year, 2016 I was about to change tenants and spoke with Sheri about the option of potentially selling the house. Sheri took the time and made the effort to fully inspect the property to make an assessment on the condition of the property. For me that was priceless, as I would have not been able to do this myself. Sheri made a full list of what the property would need in order for sale.
